At Advanced Moulds we pride ourselves on manufacturing top quality decorative moulds that are unique in design and finished to the highest standard.  Our quality control ensures that each individual mould has been inspected to meet the excellence we deliver to our customers.

Our mouldings are manufactured from computer cut high grade EPS polystyrene, then triple coated with a multi part compound which is also reinforced with a triple coat of sand providing incredible strength. This coating system weatherproofs the mould and provides durability so it will not shrink, expand or crack. We also factory coat our mouldings in a clear primer that not only seals the moulding it adds ease of final painting once your moulds are installed.

Advanced Moulds understands that the addition of moulds to your project is truly an investment. We can manufacture moulds that elaborate and complement any style from Edwardian, Georgian, Mediterranean, French Provincial, Tuscany to Art Deco and Modern.

Todays mouldings are not limited to the heritage ranges, and as a customer of ours, you are not limited in size and shape of your mouldings.  We custom make all our moulds for each order and in addition we can create exclusive moulds to your own specifications. 

We are able to reproduce any existing mould that you have either seen somewhere or wish to match to your existing property. We frequently provide moulds to replace sections of old, damaged concrete moulds and even provide moudings for Set Design.  

Turnaround even on newly designed moulds is usually under two weeks depending on our workload at time of order.  Recently too we have added Drip-Lips® to most of our moulds wherever possible ensuring any nasty pollution and dirt stains end up on the ground and not on your walls.
